A container lorry carrying floor and wall tiles from Ja-Ela to Kattankudy veered off the road crashed in to a boundary wall and the Telecom post at Urani Junction, Batticaloa  along the Batticaloa –Trincomalee high way Today (14).

According to Batticaloa Police that The container driver was trying to avoid an oncoming vehicle overtaking from the wrong side and driver and contactor escaped with small injuries.
